The Broiler Cook is responsible for cooking all meats, poultry and seafood items prepared in the restaurant. They supervise food preparation, cooking methods, procedures, flow and timing to ensure that all food products adhere to the recipe specifications and quality standards of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The broil cook must understand food cost and their ability to impact it, they must ensure the broil station operates in a clean, organized and efficient manner and maintain the highest degree of sanitation and food safety. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively.
